Saga University wins price for OTEC
OTEC

According to Earthvision [cached] the Japan Association for the 2005 World Exposition has selected Saga University's OTEC efforts as one of the 100 price winners for global technologies that "contribute significantly to the resolution of global environmental issues and to the creation of a sustainable future for humankind and the Earth."
