Palau's government supports OTEC study
OTEC

Marianas Variety reports that the island nation of Palau's government has passed a resolution to perform a feasibility study for OTEC for the island. A request for US$ 500,000 has supposedly been made to the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) to support the study.
