Pump station for NELHA
Slightly old news by now, but NELHA is soliciting bids for a pump station for the 55-inch pipeline which they recently got installed.

Indian OTEC scheduled to deploy in September 2002
We have been told that the Sagar Shakti research vessel, which will carry a 1 MW OTEC plant, is scheduled to deploy in September 2002. The Sagar Shakti is developed by the Indian National Institute of Ocean Technology in cooperation with the Institute of Ocean Energy, Saga University, Japan.

Phil Kopiske has gone through the great effort of photocopying his OTEC article archive and sent it to us to add to our library. Thanks Phil! We have a temporary publications listing. Later we will start scanning and converting all the articles to searchable PDF files.

If we could get some volunteers to come and help us it would speed up the effort immensely.
